USACE Sacramento District is conducting market research via a Sources Sought Notice for a potential Design-Bid-Build construction requirement to improve the Copper Cove Wastewater Treatment Plant in collaboration with Calaveras County Water District in Calaveras County, California. The anticipated work includes replacing filter systems and electrical upgrades, interconnecting with a SAF pretreatment system, installing a continuous backwash filter in a partially buried concrete tank, a masonry compressor building, a wet well/submersible pump station, demolition, and sludge dewatering/yard piping modifications.
