This is a market research notice to determine the availability of small businesses capable of providing a specific, mature AI-enabled geotechnical borehole logging Software-as-a-Service tool for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District. The required COTS SaaS product must perform digital field data entry with AI quality controls, reconcile field and lab data, digitize legacy data, create cross-sections, and integrate data into the OpenGround Cloud system. The software must be deployed in the USACE AWS cloud environment and be fully provisioned within 120 business days of award. The Government estimates issuing a solicitation in mid-to-late May and intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order.
