The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District is seeking qualified laboratories to provide Regional Quality Assurance Testing for materials and water across its Area of Responsibility. A multiple-award Master Blanket Purchase Agreement will be established with a five-year ordering period. The work is divided into five operational regions: Utah, Nevada, Northern California, California Bay Area & Stockton-Modesto, and Central Coast & Southern Valley. At least two BPAs will be awarded per region, and offerors may propose for one or multiple regions based on their laboratory locations. All testing must comply with ER 1110-1-261 and ER 1110-1-8100, and maintaining active Materials Testing Center inspection and validation is mandatory.
