Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Government plans to issue an RFQ for a base year plus four option years of preventive maintenance and inspection services for elevator systems at Schafer, Terminus, and Isabella Dams in California. The contract will be a 100% small business set-aside, competed on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. The performance locations are specifically at the Schafer, Kaweah (Terminus), and Isabella dams. The size standard for the NAICS code is $22 million. The estimated issuance date for the solicitation is on or about April 16, 2026.
