The Government anticipates issuing a solicitation Request for Quotes (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Septic Pumping Services at Englebright Lake (EBL). Project Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform on-call sewage pumping services at multiple vault and holding tank locations at Englebright Lake. Services include the safe removal and off-site disposal of sewage. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 562991 Septic Tank and Related Services. The size standard is $9.0 million. Product Service Code is S222 Housekeeping- Waste Treatment/Storage. The solicitation will proceed as a 100% small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 13 August 2025 with quote due tentatively on 11 September 2025. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
