Grounds Maintenance Englebright Lake (EBL) Base + 4 The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Grounds Maintenance Englebright Lake (EBL). The resulting contract is expected to include a one-year base period with four one-year option periods, for a total potential performance period of five years. Project Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to perform comprehensive grounds maintenance services at Englebright Lake, including mowing, weed-eating, firebreak clearing, and debris removal across recreation areas, roadways, trails, and numerous boat-in campgrounds. Tasks also include vegetation control around picnic tables, fire rings, signs, structures, and facilities, as well as chain sawing and managing downed trees. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 561730 Landscaping Services. The size standard is $9.5 million. Product Service Code is S208 Housekeeping – Landscaping/Groundskeeping. The solicitation will proceed as a 100% small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 29 July 2025 with quote due tentatively on 27 August 2025. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
