W9123825QA025 Pest Control Services for Hensley Dam and Hensley Lake, Raymond, CA The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract for a base and four (4) option years for Pest Control Services for Hensley Dam and Hensley Lake, Raymond, CA. Project Description: The Contractor shall be responsible for all costs related to performing Pest Control services within the Hidden Dam, Hensley Lake project boundary. Services shall include one (1) Ground Squirrel and Pocket Gopher Abatement service and twelve (12) monthly Mouse, Rat, and Insect Abatement services per contract year. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 561710 (Exterminating and Pest Control Services). The size standard is $17.5 Million. Product Service Code is S207 (Housekeeping – Insect/rodent Control). The solicitation will proceed as a total small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 08 July 2025 with quotes due tentatively on 05 August 2025. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
