The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Englebright Lake & Land Janitorial Services for a base plus four option years. Project Description: This requirement is for janitorial cleaning services at Englebright Lake & Land. The Contractor shall perform all janitorial services and garbage collect to be placed in county supplied dumpsters. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 561720 – Janitorial Services. S201 Housekeeping – Custodial Janitorial. The size standard is $22,000,000.00. The solicitation will proceed as a 100% small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 12 August 2025 with quotes due tentatively on 13 September 2025. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
