Success Lake Office Janitorial Services The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Janitorial services at Success Lake. The contract consists of a Base Year and Four Option Years. The Government may elect to exercise up to four (4) option years following successful performance of Base Year. Project Description: The work required under this contract provides for Office Janitorial Services at the Administration Area and the Tule Recreation Area at Success Lake. Success Lake is located in Tulare County, California approximately six miles east of Porterville. The Contract shall provide all equipment and cleaning supplies necessary to accomplish all work required in the contract. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code 561720 (Janitorial Services). The size is $22,000,000. Product Service Code is S201 (Housekeeping-Custodial Janitorial) The solicitation will proceed as a 100% small business set aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 13 May 2025 with quotes due tentatively on 17 June 2025. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.sam.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
