Buchanan Dam, H.V. Elevator Maintenance, Inspection and Testing The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed purchase order for a base year with four (4) Option Years for Buchanan Dam, H.V. Elevator Maintenance, Inspection and Testing. Project Description: This requirement is for the Elevator Maintenance, Inspection and Testing at the Buchanan Dam, at Eastman Lake, Raymond, California for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 238290 – Other Building Equipment Contractors. The size standard $22,000,000.00. Product Service Code is Z1KA – Maintenance of Dams. The solicitation will proceed as a 100% small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about April 24, 2025, with quotes due tentatively on May 28, 2025. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. The site visit date, time and location will be identified in the “Description” section of the SAM.gov solicitation posting. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
