Location - 4901 Ponderosa Drive, Lake Isabella, CA. *** Janitorial Services at the Isabella Resident Office The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Women Owned Small Business Price only competition for Janitorial Services at the Isabella Resident Office at Lake Isabella, California. Project Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, services, necessary to perform janitorial services at the Isabella Permanent Operations Admin office and Maintenance Shop locker room, 4901 Ponderosa Drive, Lake Isabella, CA 93240. The total square footage of the Admin office is approximately 3,600 square feet consisting of three individual offices (480 SF), 8 cubicles, one conference room, a break room with kitchen and two restrooms (129 SF). There is a janitorial closet. The Maintenance shop consists of 1 Locker room with one shower (71 SF) and 1 restroom (38 SF). There is a janitorial closet. See Attachment for floor plan and layout of offices/lockeroom and approximate square footage of each area. The Admin Office and Maintenance shop are approximately 100 feet apart within walking distance. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 561720 - Janitorial Services. The size standard is $19,500,000.00. Product Service Code is S201 - Housekeeping – Custodial Janitorial. The site visit will be on 24 March 2025 from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. PST. All questions for this solicitation must be submitted in writing, via email, to the POC’s listed below. All questions must be submitted prior to Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at 11:00AM is the cut off for questions to be accepted. No additional questions will be accepted after this date.
