Armed Forces Career Center Janitorial - Eureka, CA Base + 4 The Government anticipates issuing an solicitation Request for Quotes (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the Armed Forces Career Center Janitorial - Eureka Project Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform all janitorial services at the Armed Forces Career Center Janitorial - Eureka, CA. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 561720 Janitorial Services. The size standard is $22 million. Product Service Code is S201 Housekeeping Custodial Janitorial Services. The solicitation will proceed as a 100% small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 27 February 2025 with quote due tentatively on 01 April 2025. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation announcement on the SAM.gov system.
