All will meet at 2713 Hogan Dam Road Valley Springs, CA 95252. POC is Leah Peterson who will convoy to the campgrounds with the contractors and show them the areas. We encourage everyone to show up 15 minutes early to check in. Once the time for the site visit begins, we will go into the site. All questions for this solicitation must be submitted in writing, via email, to the POC’s listed below. All questions must be submitted 14 days prior to the quote due date. Thursday, July 3, 2025, at 11:00AM is the cut off for questions to be accepted. No additional questions will be accepted after this date.

New Hogan Lake Gate Attendant The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for New Hogan Lake Gate Attendant for a base plus four option years. Project Description: This is to provide for Recreation Attendant services at Acorn Campground, Oak Knoll Campground, Coyote Point Group Campground, and Deer Flat Campground at New Hogan Lake, Calaveras County, Valley Springs, located 35 miles northeast of Stockton, California. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 721211 – RV (Recreational Vehicle) Parks and Campgrounds. The size standard is $10 million. Product Service Code is M1PA -Operation of Recreation Facilities (non-building). The solicitation will proceed as a 100% small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 17 Jun 2025 with quotes due tentatively on 17 July 2025 at 11:00 a.m. PST. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
