Pine Flat Lake debris removal services The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for Pine Flat Lake debris removal services to be provided for Pine Flat Dam. Pine Flat Dam is in Fresno County, California approximately 26 miles east of the city of Fresno, CA. California. Project Description: This requirement is for the removal of debris required due to atmospheric river events that brought extreme rainfall to the region in 2023, there are approximately 500 cubic yards of material caught in the rockfall protection barrier, consisting of small and large river rocks, shale, sand, and dirt. This material will need to be safely removed and disposed of offsite, in compliance with all relevant regulations. To access the debris, the protection barrier must first be removed using specialized equipment and replaced after completion. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 562119 – Other Environmental. The size standard $47,000,000.00. Product Service Code is F999 – Other Waste Collection. The solicitation will proceed as a 100% small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about May 15, 2025, with quotes due tentatively on June 17, 2025. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. The site visit date, time and location will be identified in the “Description” on www.SAM.gov. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. The only INTERESTED VENDORS LISTS (plan-holder's/bidder's list) is available via SAM.gov. Contractors are responsible for self-identifying as interested vendors and viewing other interested vendors.
