Pine Flat Lake - Elevator Maintenance, Inspection and Testing Contract The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for Pine Flat Lake - Elevator Maintenance, Inspection and Testing Contract for a base plus four option years. Project Description: This is a performance-based contract for maintenance, inspection, and testing for the elevator at Pine Flat Dam, Fresno County, CA. The overall responsibility of the Contractor is to plan, coordinate, organize, manage, and perform the activities described within this contract in accordance with the performance objectives. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 238290 – Other Building Equipment Contractors. The size standard is $22 million. Product Service Code is J059 Maintenance/repair/rebuild Of Equipment- Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components. The solicitation will proceed as a 100% small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 13 May 2025 with quotes due tentatively on 17 June 2025. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
