USFS IFG HVAC Repair & Maintenance The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for USFS IFG HVAC Repair & Maintenance for a base plus four option years. Project Description: This is a HVAC repair and replace contract for the existing HVAC system. The major work elements described in the PWS will be tested to determine what needs to be repaired or replaced in order to provide a fully functional HVAC system for theIFG lab space. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 238220 - – Plumbing, heating and air-conditioning contractors. The size standard is $19M. Product Service Code is J041-Maintenance/Repair/Rebuild Equipment – Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Air Circulating Equipment. The solicitation will proceed as a 100% small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 16 July 2024 with quotes due tentatively on 15 August 2024. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
