Project Description: As a result of significant winter storms the Project Headquarters, Northern Operations Branch Office, Sign Lab, and Observation Point buildings have compromised roofs, windows, dry rot damage, damage to electrical systems, and security systems and are in need of repair. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 238160 Roofing Contractors. The size standard is $19 million. Product Service Code is Z1FB Maintenance of Recreational Buildings. The solicitation will proceed Total Small Business Set Aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 18 Jun 2024 with quotes due tentatively on 18 Jul 2024. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
