Project Description: This is a plant acquisition contract for plantings to revegetate the American River Common Features (ARCF) 2016 Lower American River Contract 3a, Site 1-1, erosion protection feature. The major work elements described herein include providing container plants as specified, plant delivery and maintaining plants at the contractors’ nursery. Maintenance tasks include, watering, weeding, and maintaining overall seedling health to foster proper development. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 111421 – Nursery and Tree Production. The size standard is $3 million. Product Service Code is F010 -Natural Resources/Conservation – Seedling production/Transplanting. The solicitation will proceed as a 100% small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 20 May 2024 with quotes due tentatively on 20 June 2024. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
