The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for MOTCO Resident Office – Sidewalk & Ramp for a base contract. Project Description: Provide, deliver, set-up, and install a 5’ wide Pre-engineered and Prefabricated ADA compliant elevated platform walkway with a lunch deck between the 2 trailers connecting all exterior doorways and a minimum 4’ ramp with two landings that connect to a new concrete sidewalk leading to the parking lot for access to the Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO), Office trailers located in Concord, California. The walkway shall include platforms and handrails and shall be per OSHA safety standards as well as ADA Compliant. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 238110 – Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors. The size standard is $19 million. Product Service Code is Z2JZ – Repair or Alteration of Miscellaneous Buildings. The solicitation will proceed as a 100% small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 16 May 2024 with quotes due tentatively on 18 June 2024. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
