The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for Success Lake Storm Debris Removal for a two (2) year period of performance. Project Description: This work entails the removal and disposal of debris from recent storms that has accumulated at the shoreline and remains as the water levels retreat. The shoreline at Lake Success and surrounding areas are covered in woody debris. The objective is to restore the aesthetic appeal, safety and ecological integrity of the lake environment. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 561730 Landscaping Services. The size standard is $9.5 million. Product Service Code is S208 Housekeeping-Landscaping/Groundskeeping. The solicitation will proceed as a 100% small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 15 May 2024 with quotes due tentatively on 18 Jun 2024. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. A site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
