Schafer Dam Elevator Upgrade The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for Schafter Dam Elevator Upgrade service. Project Description: This project for service to upgrade and modernize tower elevators including updating all electrical, processors, cables, motors lighting and become current with ASME A17.1. at Richard L. Schafer Dam. . This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 238290 - Other Building Equipment Contractors. The size standard is $22 million. Product Service Code is Z1KA (Maintenance of Dams). The solicitation will proceed as a Total Small Business Set Aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 4 April 2024 with quotes due tentatively on 5 May 2024. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
