The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for one base year and four (4) option years for water sampling and testing at Hidden Dam/Hensley Lake, Madera County, CA. Project Description: The Contractor shall be performing Water Sampling and Testing Services. Services include but are not limited to repeat sampling, nitrite and nitrate testing, coliform lake sampling and wastewater oxidation pond sampling. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 541380 - Testing Laboratories and Services. The size standard is $19,000,000.00. Product Service Code is B533-Special Studies/Analysis- Water Quality. The solicitation will proceed as a total small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about February 22, 2024, with quotes due tentatively on March 21, 2024. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm proposal due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
