The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for restroom janitorial and fish cleaning station services at Schafer Dam, Success Lake, Tulare County, California. Project Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools and supplies necessary to provide restroom janitorial and fish cleaning station services. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 561720 – Janitorial Services. The size standard is $22,000,000.00. Product Service Code is S201- Housekeeping – Custodial Janitorial. The solicitation will proceed as a total small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about December 28, 2023 with quotes due tentatively on January 30, 2024. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm proposal due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
