Water Quality Sampling and Testing at Terminus Dam/Lake Kaweah The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for water quality sampling and testing at Terminus Dam/Lake Kaweah, Tulare County, CA for a base year plus four (4) option years. Project Description: The Contractor shall perform Water Quality Sampling and Testing duties. Services include, but are not limited to, travel to sampling site, taking samples and getting them tested by an approved laboratory, record keeping and reporting. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 541380 - Testing Laboratories and Services. The size standard is $19 million. Product Service Code is B533 – Special Studies/Analysis- Water Quality. The solicitation will proceed as a 100% set aside for small business entities and is estimated to be issued on or about October 30, 2023, with offers due tentatively on November 27, 2023. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm offer due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. The only INTERESTED VENDORS LISTS (plan-holder's/bidder's list) is available via SAM.gov. Contractors are responsible for self-identifying as interested vendors and viewing other interested vendors.
