USACE-Sacramento District Supervisor Community of Practice Support The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for Supervisor Community of Practice (COP) support services. Project Description: The Supervisor COP includes Supervisor Essential Skills Workshop (SESW), Supervisor Excellence Program (SEP), special seminar, and executive coaching. It requires the contractor to apply experience and knowledge of employee-supervisor relations, leadership development, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers business practices to create and execute instruction with the goal of supervisors effectively leading individuals and teams toward successful program and project execution. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 611430 (Professional and Management Development Training). The size standard is $15,000,000. The Product Service Code is U008 (Education/Training/Curriculum Development). The solicitation will proceed as a Women-Owned Small Business set aside and is estimated to be issued on or about February 2, 2024 with proposals due tentatively on March 5, 2024. The RFP will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm proposal due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
