4/11/2024- Bid Abstract Posted 4/2/2024 - UPDATE - Amendment 0002 was posted. NOTE for Amendment 0002: An issue has been identified where the amendment section does not display as expected when clicking the public posting link included with the notice on SAM.gov. The display issue only affects how users access and view amendments after clicking the public post. This known issue will be addressed in a future hot fix. In the interim, in order to access the amendment section, users are advised to perform a search in the public portal at https://piee.eb.mil/sol/xhtml/unauth/index.xhtml using the solicitation number. This project is to construct a new 20,000 SF Engineering and Logistics Building (ELB) located on a 52-acre site in French Camp, CA, just south of Stockton, CA. This facility will include Logistics Management Services, Engineering, Safety, Emergency Preparedness, and a shared Administrative Area. In accordance with DFARS 236.204(ii) the estimated magnitude of construction is expected to be between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction). The size standard is $45 Million. Product Service Code is Y1EB (Construction of Maintenance Buildings).Requirement is a total 100% small business set-aside.
