The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order for the placement of Large Woody Debris at Englebright Lake. Project Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision necessary for gathering, transporting and placement of Large Woody Debris at Englebright Lake in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 562119 Waste Collection services. The size standard is $47 million. Product Service Code is Z1KA Maintenance of Dams. The solicitation will proceed as a 100% small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 8 August 2023 with quotes due tentatively on 7 September 2023. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
