Project Description: Alterations to an elevator based on several deficiencies were identified during an inspection. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The size standard is $12,500,000.00. Product Service Code is Z2AA - Repair or Alteration of Office Buildings. The solicitation will proceed as a small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about August 10, 2023 with quotes due tentatively on September 12, 2023 The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm proposal due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
