Septic Pumping Services – Black Butte Dam and Lake The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order with a base year and 4 option years for Black Butte Lake and Dam, Septic Pumping Services Project Description: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform all Septic Pumping Services at Black Butte Lake, Tehama and Glenn Counties, CA. There are 5 septic holding vaults, 11 CST Restroom Septic Holding Tanks, and 11 Restroom Septic Holding Vaults to be pumped. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 562991 – Septic Tank and Related Services. The size standard is $8 Million. Product Service Code is S222 - Housekeeping- Waste Treatment/Storage The solicitation will proceed as a 100% total small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about August 4, 2023 with quotes due tentatively on or about September 5, 2023 The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm proposal due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
