Vegetation Management at Black Butte Dam The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ), with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order with four (4) option years for weed and vegetation control in several areas of Black Butte Dam and Lake. Project Description: This requirement includes the clearing of unwanted plants from designated areas around Black Butte Dam. This work is performed in quarterly efforts, with each quarter of the year focused on specific plant species. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 561730 – Landscaping Services. Product Service Code is S208 - Housekeeping- Landscaping/Groundskeeping. The solicitation will proceed as a total Small Business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about August 4, 2023, with quotes due tentatively on September 8, 2023. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
