The Government anticipates issuing a RFQ with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for vegetation removal with a period of performance of 30 days. Project Description: The work under this purchase order includes removing all vegetation within a defined area near Hidden Dam and chipping all debris to be left on site. Additionally, the contractor will be required to remove sediment that has accumulated near the Fresno Weir. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 561730 – Landscaping Services. Product Service Code is S208 - Housekeeping- Landscaping/Groundskeeping. The solicitation will proceed as a total Small Business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about June 21, 2023, with quotes due tentatively on July 21, 2023. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
