IIJA Upgrade 1 Restroom for New Hogan Dam and Lake The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Infrastructure Investment and Job Act (IIJA) funded Upgrade of 1 Restroom for New Hogan Dam and Lake. Project Description: Work to be performed in the following location: Acorn Campground, New Hogan Lake near Valley Springs, CA. Work will include removing one existing restroom, removal/disposal of any and all debris associated with the project to an offsite location, purchase and placement of one (1) new prefabricated concrete cast waterborne restroom, connection to existing utilities to include water, electrical and sewer. Includes delivery to the location, final utility connections, which will include all associated incidental requirements to complete installations and meet ADA requirements and state and national building codes. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 238910, Site Preparation Contractors The size standard is $16.5 million. Product Service Code is N054, Installation of Equipment. The solicitation will proceed as a Total small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or around late June 2023 with quotes due tentatively on mid July 2023. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm bid due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. The only INTERESTED VENDORS LISTS (plan-holder's/bidder's list) is available via SAM.gov. Contractors are responsible for self-identifying as interested vendors and viewing other interested vendors.
