Under Bridge Inspection Truck Services – Multiple Lakes The Government anticipates issuing a Request For Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for Under Bridge Inspection Truck (UBIT) services in support of required bridge inspections for the Sacramento District. Project Description: This is a service contract to obtain UBIT services to permit US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) personnel access to the underside of seven bridges within the Sacramento District. The UBIT will be operated by the Contractor’s personnel and will be used at bridges located at Buchanan Dam, Hidden Dam, Pine Flat Dam, and Terminus Dam. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contractor performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 532412 (Construction, Mining, and Forestry Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing). The size standard is $35,000,000.00. Product Service Code is W038 - Lease or Rental of Equipment- Construction, Mining, Excavating, and Highway Maintenance Equipment. The solicitation will proceed as a Full and Open Competition and is estimated to be issued on or about 3/9/2023 with quotes due tentatively on 4/11/2023. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
