Septic Pumping Services at Eastman Lake The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for septic pumping services at Buchanan Dam/Eastman Lake for a base plus four (4) option years. Project Description: This acquisition will provide septic pumping services to restrooms at various locations around Eastman Lake. These campground restroom facilities require regular pumping to prevent septic overflow. Refuse collected must be disposed of in state-regulated dumping facilities. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 562991 - Septic Tank and Related Services. The size standard is $8 million. Product Service Code is M1ND – Operation of Sewage and Waste Facilities. The solicitation will proceed as a 100% set aside for small business entities and is estimated to be issued on or about February 9, 2023, with offers due tentatively on March 10, 2023. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm offer due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
