Boat-In Janitorial Services at Englebright Lake The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for Boat-In Janitorial Services at Englebright Lake for a base year with four (4) option years. Project Description: These janitorial services will require the contractor to possess a boat in order to access sites for required cleaning. Boat-in campsites at various points around the lakeshore are equipped with restrooms that need regular cleaning. There is no access to these locations without the use of a vessel. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 561720 – Janitorial Services. The size standard is $19.5 million. Product Service Code is S201 – Housekeeping – Custodial/Janitorial. The solicitation will proceed as a 100% set aside for small business entities and is estimated to be issued on or about February 9, 2023, with offers due tentatively on March 10, 2023. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm offer due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
