Vegetation Removal Services at Buchanan Dam The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract for vegetation removal services at Buchanan Dam/Eastman Lake. Project Description: This project requires the contractor to clear all vegetation and debris from locations on and near Buchanan Dam. There are wood piles that need to be cleared and turned into wood chips that will be left on site. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 561730 – Landscaping Services. The size standard is $8.5 million. Product Service Code is S208 – Housekeeping – Landscaping/Groundskeeping. The solicitation will proceed as a 100% set aside for small business entities and is estimated to be issued on or about February 5, 2023, with offers due tentatively on March 2, 2023. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm offer due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
