The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for Bryte Yard Maintenance Facility Shallow Draft Vessel and Trailer. Project Description: The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) operates the Sacramento Shallow Draft Project at the Bryte Yard Maintenance Facility in West Sacramento, CA. This project consists of the placement, retrieval and maintenance of buoys, which mark the location of the Sacramento River Wing Dams, and clearance of debris and snags. Buoys are placed during low flows to identify boating hazards to the boating and recreating public. This work requires a shallow draft vessel and highway safe trailer. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 336612, Boat Building and Repairing. The size standard is 1,000 employees. Product Service Code is 1990 (Miscellaneous Vessels). The solicitation will proceed as a total small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about December 23, 2022 with quotes due tentatively on January 23, 2022. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
