The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Sacramento District is issuing a construction solicitation, W91238-23-B-0021, for a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) for Real Property Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) minor construction in support of the United States Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located at Concord, California. The preponderance of the work is within Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO) which makes up of 115 acres of Inland and 7,630 acres of Tidal Area, which includes 2,045 acres of offshore islands installation’s total footprint. General Information: Work under this contract is typical of a JOC for small, multi-trade projects comprised of multiple construction trades, which includes but not limited to site work, demolition and build back, replacement of mechanical systems and controls, preservation of infrastructure, renovation, replacement of finishes, and some vertical construction. Procurement will be solicited as 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction; the Small Business Administration size standard is $45M per annum. The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00. Firm-fixed price task orders placed under this contract will range in value from $2K to $2M.
