The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sacramento District (SPK) requires construction services to strengthen the levee protecting the city of Marysville, California (CA) by the addition of seepage cutoff wall and to include construction of seepage berms adjacent to the Union Pacific Railroad crossing. In accordance with DFARS 236.204(i), the Government currently estimates the magnitude of construction for this project to be between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. This solicitation will PSC: Y1PZ, Construction of Other Non-Building Facilities and NAICS Code: 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. This will be set-aside for Small Business. SBA Size Standard: $39.5 million. Amendment 0001 is issued to update site visit information provided in FAR clause 52.236-27 SITE VIST (CONSTRUCTION) (FEB 1995) - ALTERNATE I (FEB 1995).
