Pine Flat Dam, Camera Equipment Purchase The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for Pine Flat Dam, Camera equipment Project Description: one-time purchase of two inspection cameras and accessories to inspect piezometers at Pine Flat Dam. Equipment includes a heavy-duty camera base with extended length, digital recorder with keyboard, fully waterproof pan and tilt head camera lenses in different sizes for various applications, camera software, chargers, and extra batteries. These cameras are required to inspect instrumentation, such as piezometers, and other open-tube instruments that cannot otherwise be inspected. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 333316 - Photographic and Photocopying Equipment Manufacturing with a size standard of 1000 employees. Product Service Code is 6710 - Cameras, Motion Picture. The solicitation will proceed as a Total small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 12 August 2022 with bids due tentatively on 31 August 2022. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm bid due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
