U.S. FOREST SERVICE PACIFIC SOUTHWEST RESEARCH STATION - LABORATORY WORKSHOP CEILING TILE REPLACEMENT The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for the remove/replacement of ceiling tiles. Project Description: The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, equipment, and qualified personnel for this performance-based service contract to remove asbestos containing ceiling tiles and replacing with non-asbestos bearing ceiling tiles. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 238310 - Drywall and Insulation Contractors. The size standard is $16,500,000.00. Product Service Code is Z2AZ - Repair Or Alteration Of Other Administrative Facilities And Service Buildings The solicitation will proceed as total small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about August 16, 2022, with quotes due tentatively on September 7, 2022. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
