Janitorial Services at Hensley Lake, Raymond, Madera County, California The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Janitorial Services at Hensley Lake, California. Project Description: Janitorial Services - Buck Ridge Recreation Area, Vista Point, Road 400 Access Points, Wakalumi Campground, Hidden View Campground, Hidden View Recreation Area, Audio/Visual Center, Administration Area, Maintenance Office and Lunch/Conference Room within the Hensley Lake and Hidden Dam boundaries, Raymond, Madera County, CA.. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 561720 (Janitorial Services). The size standard is $19,500,000.00. Product Service Code is S201 (Housekeeping – Custodial Janitorial). The solicitation will proceed as a total Small Business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 23 August 2022 with quotes due tentatively on 13 September 2022. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
