IIJA Upgrade 2 Restrooms for New Hogan and Success Lake The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Infrastructure Investment and Job Act (IIJA) funded Upgrade of 2 Restrooms for New Hogan and Success Lake. Project Description: Work to be performed in two separate locations, North Tule Recreation Area, Success Lake near Porterville, CA and Acorn Campground, New Hogan Lake near Valley Springs, CA. All work performed is anticipated to be the same at each location with a few exceptions. Work will include demolition of one existing restroom and foundation at each location, removal/disposal of any and all debris associated with the project to an offsite location, foundation preparation for a new prefabricated concrete cast waterborne restroom at each location, installation of new underground utilities to include water and electrical, all new utilities will be connected to existing utilities at each location, purchase of one (1) new prefabricated concrete cast waterborne restroom for each location, delivery to each location, final utility connections at each location, which will include all associated incidental requirements to complete installations and meet ADA requirements and state and national building codes at each location. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 238910, Site Preparation Contractors The size standard is $16.5 million. Product Service Code is N054, Installation of Equipment. The solicitation will proceed as a Total small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 16 August 2022 with bids due tentatively on 6 September 2022. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm bid due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
