Elevator Upgrades to Buchanan Dam, and Pine Flat Dam The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the upgrade and modernization of elevators at the Buchanan and Pine Flat Dam. Project Description: Upgrade and modernize elevators at Buchanan Dam and Pine Flat Dam. This will include updating the elevators to current ASME A17.1, updating electrical, processors, cables, motors, and lighting. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 238290 – Other Building Contractors. The size standard of $19.5 Million. Product Service Code is M1KA - Operation of Dams. The solicitation will proceed as with full and open competition and is estimated to be issued on or about 08 September 2022 with quotes due tentatively on 23 September 2022. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
