The Government anticipates issuing an RFP with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Folsom Dam Steel Stoplogs Placement and Lifting Beam services. Project Description: The Contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personnel services necessary to receive, temporarily store, install, and fit test stoplog in existing stoplog guide slots. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is NAICS Code 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The size standard is $39,500,000.00. Product Service Code is H254, Equipment and Materials Testing. The solicitation will proceed with full and open competitation and is estimated to be issued on or about 4 Aug 2022 with proposals due tentatively on 23 Aug 2022. The RFP will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm proposal due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
