As such, the Government is only requesting a proposal from a specific source at this time.. All Questions regarding this SYNOPSIS must be submitted in writing to Daniel Czech at daniel.e.czech@usace.army.mil with the subject “Synopsis for W9123822Q0016”. The synopsis is for the purpose of pre-solicitation notification only. The Sacramento District, U.S. Army Corp of Engineers Intends to issue Solicitation W9123822Q0016 for a Firm Fixed Price single award purchase order for all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide the California Department of Conservation (DOC,) Division of Mine Reclamation (DMR) with the services and expertise to provide Bug Fixes, Security Patches, Enhancements and Technical Support for the California Abandon Mine Lands Database web-based front-end application and other requirements under the preview of the ENV as defined in this PWS. The system will need to be consistent and compatible with California Department of Conservation (DOC), Division of Mine Reclamation (DMR) network and security requirements. T The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541511 Customer Computer Programming Services Environmental Consulting Services with an associated Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, of $30,000,000. The Solicitation will be issued via internet only on the beta.SAM Website at https://SAM.gov. Notification of amendments shall be made via beta.SAM only. It is the contractors’ responsibility to check the above listed internet address daily for any posed changes to the solicitation. Any amendments issued to the solicitation must be acknowledged by potential offerors. No corrections and/or changes to proposals will be allowed after the proposal submittal due date and time. Solicitation issue date is on or about 29 March 2021. Proposals are anticipated to be due on or about 08 April 2021.
