This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 238290, Other Building Equipment Contractors, with a size standard of $16.5M. Product Service Code is J036, Maintenance/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment- Special Industry Machinery. The solicitation will proceed as unrestricted and is estimated to be issued on or about 28 April 2022 with proposals due tentatively on 1 June 2022. The RFP will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm proposal due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
