The Government anticipates issuing an RFP with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract for New Hogan Dam and Lake Janitorial Services. Project Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide for janitorial services, including cleaning and servicing of waterborne and waterless type (portable and vault) restrooms, floating restrooms, and buildings at New Hogan Dam and Lake. A vessel shall be necessary to provide services to the floating restroom(s). New Hogan Dam and Lake is in Calaveras County, Valley Springs, California. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 561720 (Janitorial Services). The size standard is $19.5M. Product Service Code is S201 (Housekeeping – Custodial Janitorial). The solicitation will proceed as a Small Business Set-Aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 15 April 2022 with proposals due tentatively on 15 May 2022. The RFP will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm proposal due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
