The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for Lake Kaweah/Terminus Dam - Work Barge Project Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District is issuing this announcement for the purchase of One (1) aluminum hull vessel, complete with trailer, suitable to perform operations and maintenance functions on the water and search and rescue functions on the waterways at Terminus Dam/Lake Kaweah. The vessel and trailer configuration, balance and construction must be stable and maneuverable at all speeds in various wind, water, depth or wave conditions which are normally encountered in the waterways of Terminus Dam/Lake Kaweah. Please review the Statement of Work contained in Solicitation W9123822Q0012. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 336611 - Ship Building and Repairing. The size standard is 1,250 employees. Federal Service Code is 1940 - Small Craft. The solicitation will proceed as Full and Opene and is estimated to be issued on or about 14 June 2022 with quotes due tentatively on 14 July 2022. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.sam.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. The only INTERESTED VENDORS LISTS (plan-holder's/bidder's list) is available via www.sam.gov. Contractors are responsible for self-identifying as interested vendors and viewing other interested vendors.
