Lake Kaweah Septic Pumping The Government anticipates issuing a solicitation with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Septic Pumping Services at Lake Kaweah/Terminus Dam in Lemon Cove, CA. This service will include the complete removal of all liquid and solid waste material from the restroom waste-holding tank, recharging of the waste-holding tank, and sanitization of the waste-holding tank. All waste materials are removed from the property and disposed of at an authorized site for such waste material. Recharging is defined as placing a deodorizing solution into each tank directly after serve takes place. The deodorizing solution will meet industry standards for the application. Sanitization is defined as placing a sanitizing disinfectant that meets industry standards for the application upon all lids, seats, bowls, floors, and any other areas that may come into contact with waste material. Any application of a disinfectant will be wiped dry after its use. Purge is defined as second service immediately after initial pump to ensure residual liquids and solids are thoroughly rinsed and removed. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 562991 – Septic Tank and Related Services. The size standard is $8 Million. Product Service Code is S222 - Housekeeping – Waste Treatment/Storage. The solicitation will proceed as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside and is estimated to be issued on or about March 30, 2022, with quotes due tentatively on May 2, 2022. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. The only INTERESTED VENDORS LISTS (plan-holder's/bidder's list) is available via SAM.gov. Contractors are responsible for self-identifying as interested vendors and viewing other interested vendors.
